For over three generations, our family has been dedicated to olive oil production in Úbeda, Jaén. What began as a small family oil mill in the 1950s has become a benchmark of quality and tradition in extra virgin olive oil production.

Each drop of our oil tells a story of tradition, quality, and respect for the land. Our olive groves, cultivated in the privileged lands of the Comarca de la Loma, benefit from a unique microclimate that gives our olives exceptional organoleptic characteristics.

We use only Picual variety olives, harvested at their optimal ripeness point during early harvest. This method ensures maximum concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants, resulting in a superior category oil with exceptional health properties.

Our cold extraction process at controlled temperatures preserves all the natural properties of the oil. Each bottle undergoes rigorous quality controls and chemical analyses that certify its purity and excellence.
