1. Prices and Payment

All information about prices and payment methods:

  • All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT (21%).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer.
  • Payment is made securely through a certified payment gateway.
  • We do not store credit card data on our servers.

2. Shipping

Shipping policy and delivery times:

  • We ship to all of peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100.
  • Delivery time is 3-5 business days from payment confirmation.
  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours.
  • We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands (coming soon).

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return your order according to current regulations:

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing justification.

Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unopened and unused.
  • Retain original packaging and labeling.
  • Include all accessories and documentation.
  • Show no signs of use or deterioration.

Return Process

Follow these steps to make a return:

  1. Contact us by email indicating your order number.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the product to our address (return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products).
  4. Once received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
  5. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Perishable products or products that may deteriorate rapidly.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken.
  • Personalized products or made to customer specifications.
  • Products that for hygiene or health reasons are not suitable for return if they have been unsealed.

4. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately (maximum 48 hours from receipt).
  • Send us photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will proceed with immediate replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
  • In these cases, we cover all return and new product shipping costs.

5. Quality Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed and comply with Spanish and European consumer protection regulations. We guarantee the extra virgin quality of our oils according to certified chemical and organoleptic analyses.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped: Automatic full refund.
  • Once shipped: Standard return policy applies.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately indicating your order number.
